Create an invoice with AI
Tell an AI assistant what you are billing for, in your own words. It sends back a link that opens your invoice here, already filled in.
How it works
- Choose your AI assistant on this page. The instructions it needs are sent along automatically.
- Describe the job in your own words, for example who the client is, what you did, and the price.
- The assistant asks about anything important that is missing, then replies with a link.
- Open the link. Your invoice appears here, filled in, so you can check it and download the PDF.
Your data stays private
The invoice details travel inside the link itself, in the part after the # sign. Browsers never send that part to a website, so the details go straight from your AI assistant into the invoice on your screen. We don't receive them, and nothing is stored on a server.
Whatever you type into the AI assistant is handled by that assistant's provider, under their privacy policy. Avoid sharing details there that you would not want them to process.
Tips for a good result
- Give quantities and unit prices, such as "3 hours at 60 euros", rather than only a total.
- Say which currency you are using and the tax rate, if you charge tax.
- Mention the due date or payment terms, such as "due in 14 days".
- Always check the invoice before you send it. AI assistants can make mistakes with numbers.
Using another assistant
Any AI assistant that can write a link will work. Copy the instructions from the box, paste them into the chat, then describe your invoice. Developers and AI tools can also read the link format in our plain-text instructions.
